Hi Gary, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the lovely job that you made of mum's oven today - it looks like new and she is delighted (not a feat to be achieved lightly). I must say, I've had this done loads of times but Jon did an excellent job! No-one had previously undone the element from the top and it took Jon another half hour to get that bad boy cleaned. Ace job, top man. Highly recommended
