Our oven was filthy, we have tried to clean it ourselves but after hours of elbow grease and some quite expensive cleaning products it always looked average. We tried Ray for the first time this week and the results were astounding, the oven looks as good as new.

After weeks of saying I must book an Oven Clean, I finally got round to it and was not disappointed with the results. Once Ray had finished the Oven looked like it had just been installed which made the rest of the kitchen look a bit unloved.

I would like to thank you for the excellent job of bringing our Rangemaster oven back to sparkly condition and making me look totally inadequate on 10^th April.

As a lifelong sceptic and, not to put too finer point on it, exceptionally tight git, it is a job I have always done, not cherished admittedly, but I have got on with it simply to save a few bob.

After Wednesday I have no option but to thank you for drawing attention to the quite poor job I always completed when compared to the grand master of ovens.

I have to say that when you arrived I didn’t see you carrying a mysterious old case. I also didn’t see you put on some fine robes and a pointy hat. I certainly didn’t see you produce the magic wand itself, however I can evidence its use. No one likes admitting to a dirty oven but the fact is most people probably have one.

Having gained enough courage to talk about it, I was given your details and promptly made contact. An appointment was made quickly and you arrived at the time agreed.

My perception was it would be a messy and smelly job which was far from reality as it turned out. You protected the floor and quietly and efficiently got on with the job. In fact with no smells and noise I had to pop into the kitchen to see if you were still there. Oven Wizards was recommended to me by a friend who had previously used the service and found it to be reliable, friendly and cost effective . I called the number and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly nature of the vendor Mr Ray White. I called on a Saturday asking Ray if he could possibly schedule me in on the Monday, even though it was a bank holiday! Ray said it would be no problem and we agreed a time. Ray turned up on time and went about preparing the kitchen (mats on the floor for protection) ready to start.

Once finished I could not believe it was the same cooker, it was sparkling and looked like new. Not only had the oven been bought back to life, Ray had also installed new light bulbs which made the transformation even better. The extractor received the same level of efficiency, and was bought back to life again with new bulbs and filters. The whole experience was very professional, from the van with all the associated cleaning kit and stock, to Rays manner and presentation. The whole experience was efficient, reliable, friendly and all at an affordable price. On leaving Ray made sure the kitchen was left as found, in a clean and tidy state.

Ray is a gift to all Womankind!

He arrived earlier than expected, which was great for me as I work nights and I waited up for him.

He was very friendly and efficient! I left him with a cuppa then went to bed for a while and he got straight into Cleaning the Oven.

I was woken by male voices downstairs and by the time I got downstairs, Ray had just left and my husband had paid him...yey!

When I got to my Range Master Oven I was sooo happy! Like the other reviews have stated, it was like having a new Oven, Hob and Extractor! It was AMAZING!!

I am so pleased and full of joy! Ray did a fabulous job! It took him over 3 hours and I didn't hear a thing while I was asleep!

I used Ray White to clean my Range Cooker after tenants had been in the property.

I was amazed to witness Ray actually undoing all removable parts of the cooker to soak in a solution.  Everything that could be detached from the cooker was, so it received a thorough cleaning both in the visible and non-visible areas.

The end result was absolutely amazing – from a rather revolting looking appliance – it came up as good as new.  Ray even took extra time to realign the door for me which was not shutting well.

We did have a scare same week, when the main oven went down, and we got the repair man in.  But nothing whatsoever to do with your fabulous clean, a relay had gone down in the control module. Genuine parts only and obsolete!  Had to repair the control unit to get cooking again.  I had visions of trying to cook three main meals in a small caravan oven – not good news!   Grateful to Steve Lake a former Junction BNI member, who got us back on line within two hours.    Gleaming oven was put
through its paces the same night and slaved away all weekend!

I decided that my oven needed a professional clean and Ray White had been recommended to me.  I was totally amazed by the results, the oven was cleaner and shinier than when it came out of the box, even my teenage children who have no interest in ovens commented on how clean it was.  The only downside was that it was so good that I had to spring clean the rest of the kitchen which appeared dull in comparison.
