Oh my goodness! I must confess I was a little sceptical when I read the glowing reviews about Oven Wizards. However, the service provided by Nigel was outstanding. Now both of my ovens look absolutely brand-new and my extractor fan has a new life. I was particularly impressed that the oven doors were taken apart and cleaned. Every inch of my appliances is sparkling. An extra bonus was that Nigel informed me of when he would come and he was on time. And such a pleasant person to have in the house. I will definitely be booking an annual clean from this excellent service..

Nigel has cleaned two ovens for us now and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to everyone who needs their oven looking like new again! The first time we needed to leave the oven looking perfect as we were moving out of rental accommodation. Nigel is very friendly and works incredibly hard, not even stopping for a break. The oven has a deep clean, every part is removed and cleaned thoroughly. It's not an exaggeration to say it is basically spotless when finished. He then cleaned the oven in our new house and did a brilliant job again, checking bulbs etc too. The pricing is very clear and reasonable and communication and arranging the appointment is very easy. Thank you Nigel.

So I phoned Nigel for an urgent booking to have our oven cleaned for my 60th birthday, but he was busy for the time we needed it cleaned.

Then a few days later he phoned to say that he had a cancellation that afternoon, and could come and clean our oven if we still needed.

Well we are so pleased with our oven it is so nice and clean now, I dont want to cook in it as it will get dirty.

We needed an oven clean for an end of tenancy and Nigel was recommended on a local page. Not only was his response time quick, but his organisation and ability to schedule in a time to suit us was fantastic. Communication from start to finish was also easy and efficient. Nigel from Oven Wizards cleaned our ovens today. I got a call from him later that day to tell me there had been a situation with one of the glass doors, the black surround on the glass door was wiping/coming off after the process and not on the other door?

He did not want to leave it like that, as there was no one home at the time of ending the job. So he put it all together and then phoned me later to explain and try and find out why this had happend?

It is not very often that you get this type of service, I will be recomending Nigel for his services.

We have just moved to South Wales in December this year, and before I replaced the oven for a new one. I used Oven Wizrads in Hereford and I thought that before we change the oven why not get Oven Wizards to clean it first then we can see if it will need changing.
